I think I saw F-Bomb nurse I sprinkle that shit like confetti shirt. it on the news where they said a surgeon is a huge revenue maker for the company so of course, they would ignore it. That’s so terrible. Every day at work, we come with extreme levels of anxiety and walking on eggshells yet receive no support. ears like to tout itself as a premier organization in the area, yet to allow this type of behavior even at a satellite facility is every kind of wrong. I hope she sues them and the surgeon into oblivion. The more and more I interact with prestigious hospitals
What is a nurse?
and their staff throughout my career the more and more I find myself never wanted to go to them. Give me a nice community hospital any day for most everything but super rare, complex stuff is becoming my thought process. Agreed. If ONLY people who go to big medical centers knew how much of their procedure was done by a resident and not the world-renowned surgeon who’s starting another case in a different room. This may seem stupid, but I don’t actually know and haven’t ever had anyone ask. Can you request to not be seen by a resident/student/intern? I know at the facility I did my clinical rotations at, patients signed something saying they knew it was a teaching hospital but then they were still able to refuse nursing students- not sure if they could have refused a resident for something like surgery?
An f-bomb nurse I sprinkle that shit like confetti shirt, ladies, v-neck t-shirt, tank top, flowy tank.
As usual, the cover-up is going to make things worse than if it had just been handled correctly the first time. What could have been handled with appropriate disciplinary action is now going to cost this health system hundreds of thousands of dollars, at least, in legal fees and payout? On my ortho floor, most of the surgeons were more or less fine but there was one with a long-standing history for being a dick and he had a rivalry with our floor because of it. He’d curse out nurses, throw charts, pitch fits, etc and the nurses would write him up for his behaviors but he makes money so nothing ever came of it. He’s still being a douchebag. Depends on the nurse. He’s written individual nurses up before too over dumb shit and the manager just throws them away. He stopped throwing charts a while ago.
An official F-Bomb nurse I sprinkle that shit like confetti sweater, hoodie, and long sleeve
I think he knows some of F-Bomb nurse I sprinkle that shit like confetti shirt. The newer nurses would probably climb over the desk and try to beat his ass if he started throwing charts xD. This ain’t the good ole days where nurses stood in the presence of doctors. It has been my experience that most assholes are assholes to everyone. If it’s bad enough they develop a hospital-wide reputation causing everyone else to alternately ignore them. When possible or treat them like really large children when forced to engage. Tell me if I’m being “that guy”, but I think it’s weird that the article refers to Assil as Paula’s boss.
